A non governmental organisation; Prince Archibong Life Foundation has promised to sustain its support for the Akwa Ibom State's Arise Agenda, strengthen their partnership with the Pastor Umo Eno led administration  and ultimately ensure more citizens are empowered to achieve their desired dream.


Speaking at a media parley on Friday, the Chairman of the foundation; Prince Mendie Archibong who was represented by the groups International Coordinator; Hon. Uduakobong Akpan said they have been at the forefront of touching lives by continually assisting vulnerable persons reach their potentials through diverse support programmes. He noted that since the entrepreneurship and human capacity development plan of Governor Umo Eno's ARISE Agenda aligns with that of Prince Archibong Life foundation's,  they look forward to a robust collaboration that would further help transform countless lives in Akwa Ibom State. 


Similarly, Prince Archibong commended the Akwa Ibom State's First Lady; Pastor Patience Umo Eno for what she has so far used her pet project; Golden Initiative For All (GIFA) to achieve, observing that for the First Lady's dream to be fully actualized, there is need for all to support and complement her efforts. Hence, their resolve to join hands to ensure the dream of a better Akwa Ibom State is actualized.


Furthermore, the foundation congratulated Governor Umo Eno on his first year in office, adding that the Governor has justified the confidence reposed on him by the people of Akwa Ibom State who voted for him in last year's gubernatorial election. The group said they do not regret the free bus services they sponsored during the campaigns nor the donation of 300 branded face caps, as well as other support they gave to him, as he has completely earned their trust.


Meanwhile, Prince Archibong Life Foundation reeled out some of their achievements and efforts towards making the society a better place. They include; provision of academic scholarship to students in tertiary institutions, payment of study grants, agricultural support to farmer, donation of food items and wrappers to women, provision of basic amenities like borehole, street lights and facilitating electrification process in communities across Akwa Ibom State.


They also include; cash support to widows and other vulnerable persons, donation of cars and motorcycles to youth support groups, individuals, churches and agencies, procurement of JAMB forms for eligible candidates, donation of edibles to IDP camp in Essien Udim during the crisis in 2021, as well as grants to small and medium scale entrepreneurs, amongst many other life touching ventures.
